A QUICK SET UP

When your Sweet Pastry and Frangipane or Almond Cream are ready it will take you 5 minutes to finish the tart by spreading the Frangipane or Almond Cream into the tart case and to add the Blackberry on top of it.
Bake this delicious tart for 25-30 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.
This Blackberry tart goes well with a spoon of Crème fraîche to serve.
I love to go out and pick my own berries, whatever, happens to be in season. My favourite for mid-summer is blackberry as they are beautifully sharp and sweet with the rich frangipane. You can use strawberries, raspberries, blueberries… whatever you fancy! Enjoy!
