For a taste of the French-Alps you can try this traditional Tartiflette – a medley of potato, onion, panchetta and reblochon – with a side of braised baby gem lettuce, followed by a classic Chocolate Mousse. If you have missed your Summer or Winter holiday to the Alps, these dishes will transport you there and put a smile on your face. Bake the Tartiflette in the oven for 18 mins at 185 degrees Celsius or microwave for 8-12 minutes. It can enjoyed straight away from the compostable packaging or plated.
